THE BRIEF
To make people of Jakarta enjoy their trip to the office with safe, convenient and comfortable
USER RESEARCH
We did a user interview where we interviewed 4 people who commute to work with different kind of transportation in Jakarta. We found that the main vocal of problem in Jakarta is during rush hours where the traffic can be very painful.
Most of our user target had problem with how the public transportation in Jakarta cannot guarantee the user's safety, comfort and convenience.
The value of money towards the service is still lacking and cannot keep up with the high demand espescially in area's like Sudirman-Thamrin, Rasuna Said-Kuningan, area's where most of Jakartan works.
PERSONA

- A convenience way to commute
- Jakarta's climate is very hot and humid
- Queque line is very frustrating
- The public transportaton has not satisfied the demand that needed from Jakarta people

Jakarta's traffic during rush hour is very stressfull. Everyone travelled from different location heading all to the same area, imagine how crowded will that be at the final destination? If there is a convenience way to commute with public transportation, probably Jakarta will consider and leave their car/motor at home.

After we generate what is the goal and pain of our persona, We tried to make a digital app that can help them to ease their journey.
Considering this as our goal to make an app that can provide solution for the persona's needs and pains.

The journey is something like this, needs to be simple.
Mike arrives in sudirman.
He opens the app, looking for the nearest bus stop on the map.
He tap the icon, to know what's the bus schedule when arriving in there.
He wants to know is there any seats left.
He wants to know also about the next bus arriving.
If he feels okay, he would like to notify the bus driver that there's a passenger.If there's no passenger in stop the bus will dives away.
He would like to get notification when the bus is coming.
He needs to always hold his phone when he enter the bus in order to tap it to the charging machine.
The bus driver will greet his name when Mike enters the bus.
Mike also wants to rate the driver.Mike feels comfortable in his travel to office. He wants to just sit back comfortably,
listen to music and browse thru his twitter or instagram during the traffic.
Mike is now ready to start his day at the office.

Why?
This route is the primary urban street in Jakarta City. It has a lot of office buildings and thousands workers commute daily at Sudirman - Thamrin

workers are frustrated during their journey to office. This apps (hopefully) will help people to start their working day happily.
